Refund policy

Frozen Roots Revival typically does not offer refunds or exchanges as we use a third party printing and shipping company. We also want products to remain in good integrity and will not accept any products back that have been opened. Any discretion for refund requests is left up to management and may be accepted on very rare occasions. Any refund requests must be emailed in within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
